Meet Glen

When I traveled to Vienna by car, I made a stop in Munich to spend the night. In search of a nice place to eat I stumbled upon Kickz.com. The place offers a huge amount of kicks and seems to have a Jordan account judging by the solid amount of recent Jordan releases.

At the back of the shop I was pleasantly surprised by a decent selection of headwear, fitted’s of course. This is where I picked up Glen, a perfectly plain piece, appropriately colored for Autumn. The brown tartan plaid can be found all over, only the under-bill is done up with a tweed like fabric. This is also used for the inside of the front panels of the hat, nice detail. You can pick up the “Glen Stitch” fitted at Kickz.com, dont led the horrible pic of it mislead you, its a lovely piece.

  • My kind of stuff. I really prefer plain, basic NE than branded, as I don’t represent NY, LA etc.
The one kinda reminds me of Elm Company’s fitteds. Universal and clean. Big ups.

    PS. Nice trip mate.

  • Thanks for the comment P. You must be happy with the return of the all plains than, I know I am. I do rock team fitted’s but only the ones that have a logo and color way I like. So the whole represent thing has nothing to do with it.

If you like these there are a couple of pieces you probably like as well, you talk about the Clout pieces done by Elm? These were all over brown tweed, but with a logo.

  • I feel that. Most of NE owners here in Europe tend to say so :D . Still, I’m going for custom fitted with my local football team’s crest. Might be interesting.

You mean no-logos? I actually have one or two tweed caps (crooks & castles and one more) but I like the no-logo way more. I had no-logo gingham or sth like that but lost it in… Amsterdam ;)

Precisely, Clout x Elm plus regular 2009 collection.

  • You should show me some of your pieces, im curious

  • sweet
