The Earn
Posted under: Every now & than I get excited by hiphop again, this time it coming from a familiar artist. For those that dont know, Yu is 1/3 of the DC based Diamond District. Their 2009 album ‘In The Ruff’ is amongst my favorite hiphop albums to date.
The Earn is YU’s second soloalbum and has some really nice tracks like ‘Blind’ and ‘Money’ featured. The track where its all about though is ‘If You Down’. Not only the best track on the album, letting me fall in love with hiphop all over again.
